Octane Indicator Filter

This filter allows you to look for instruments that are more volatile than the market, thus you may have a higher return (but beware of greater drawdowns). Or if you want to be conservative, use this as a Sell Filter, where the strategy will exit any Positions that become more volatile than the market.
