NVDA to crash?

Corona Del Mar, CA

Howdy Friend,

The experts on Twitter all agreed that NVDA was massively over-valued on May 24th...and then it gapped up 26% the next day on May 25th. Did they change their minds? Oh, no...it's even more over-valued than ever they say.

So let's take a look at the NVDA T.A.P strategy from Fundseeder top dog Josh Jarrett's arsenal of 100 strategies:

After selling that terrific gap up for a 35% gain, it went on another buy signal.

(The strategy is up 184% this year by the way).

To valuation traders, this makes zero sense. For traders who understand markets anticipate the future, are driven by liquidity, and some irrationality...it makes perfect sense. Probably the strangest thing about this NVDA strategy is that it looks for a specific signature of global funds being under and over-valued.

Every time that unique "fingerprint" is detected, NVDA goes on a buy signal. This technique works on just about every market (long/short) and almost every large cap stock I've tested it on.

I'm sure I would have never discovered it without machine learning because it doesn't make any sense.

Jim Simons and his fellow mathematicians and scientists over at Ren Tech said the exact same thing. As long as the statistics of the model look good, they trade it anyway. We would have never discovered it without building The Boss (which is a network of 3,500 computers in the cloud).

Josh used up 410,000 hours of computer time building these strategies, which is the equivalent of a regular computer running for 46 years straight.

When I tell this story, people look at me like I have two heads. "Doesn't the news drive prices? Don't you have to factor in the Fed? Don't you have to ______ fill in the blank?" The establishment wants you chasing your tail and pulling levers at the casino.

P.S. It's looking more and more like I'll be starting a hedge fund. While our SuperAi tools will be available for years to come, I likely won't. So don't dilly dally if you want to learn from the founder.

Trade smart,
